REFUND POLICY

Refund & Exchanges Policy of Items Purchased from the Website

1. What if items come faulty?

We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your Regals Premium products.

If the product is exhibiting a genuine fault (damaged, broken, or broken in shape) once you received the item, we will provide the options of either refund exchange once the inspection is done.

The cost of the return parcel and delivery will be borne by Regals due to the courier or our mistake. Please email us at regalspremium@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 6017 508 2719 with a detailed description of the damage, including a picture of the product that shows us the issue.

We will try our best to either refund or exchange the product(s) for you.

 

2. To Refund

At Regals Premium, we are sure that you will be satisfied with your product. Every item will be inspected before it's dispatched to our customers. We are proud to offer our customers a quality product.

As this is a food product, we do not accept returns and refunds once the parcel is delivered due to hygiene purposes.

However, please note there are a couple of rules. We are only able to accept returns and refund on items if they are sent in fault condition which is due to our mistake or courier delivery services.

Your request will be accepted within 24 - 48 hours.

For packages returned, please note that there will be no charges on delivery. We might request to return the product(s) with its original packaging.

4. Return Progress

Returns are only available under special occasion under the request of Regals team and delivery charges will be void. 


We prioritize paperless couriers. In some circumstances, you may need to print the return label.

For customers from other country, you may need to arrange the courier on your own.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection of returns usually takes seven business days, but it might take longer time during busy periods.

As a small business, the time, labor, and materials that contribute to fulfilling an order are significant resources.

The restocking fee contributes to the cost of processing orders, packaging used, payment gateway, e-commerce provider fees, and providing thoughtful, timely customer service.

 

5. Will I have to pay for return shipping?


We strictly do not accept returns for food products due to hygiene purposes. However, at special occasions if a return is necessary under Regals team request, the cost of return shipping will be borne by Regals.
 

6. Can I have a refund if I missed the sale or the coupon code?

If there is an error in the price of an item you have purchased with a sale/coupon code. We may adjust the price for you within 7 days of your order. We will refund the difference in terms of cash or in the form of your payment in the most convenient way. 

 

7. Receiving your refund

We aim to process all returned orders within 7 working days.

However in some cases, due to the current global situation, this time frame may be extended to 14 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card/debit card, payment gateway.

Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
