SHIPPING FEES

We do provide our own courier panels.

You may request for your own preferred courier, but please be noted that you have to bear for the charges.

West Malaysia 

• RM10 (Orders below RM150)

• Free Shipping for Orders Above RM150

East Malaysia

• Based on the weight of the product(s)

• You may refer to the shipping charges at the checkout section

Overseas

• Temporary not available

SHIPPING DURATION

​

Our shipment is made on Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm +8.00 GMT, with the exception of Malaysia Public holidays. Please refer to the table below for a close estimation as to when you should receive your parcel: 

 

West Malaysia 

1 to 3 business days after fulfilment

East Malaysia

Around 7 business days after fulfilment 

 

PROCESSING TIME

​

We work as timely as possible to get your package shipped out to you. However, with a high volume of orders, please allow us to take about 1-2 business days to pack up and ship out your order.

TAX & DUTIES

​

If your shipping address is within Malaysia, there will be NO tax or duty on your order.

For international orders, we will ship your package as a gift to avoid any unwanted custom charges & duties. However, should there be customs charges still, the buyer, are responsible for the fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. If you need more information regarding taxes and duties, kindly contact your local customs offices.

Any delays caused by customs clearance or items lost in transit, the responsibility is rest with the customer.
